It’s Raining Men by Rich Amooi

It's Raining Men

On a dare, Faith Daniels tosses a coin into the infamous “Fountain of Love” and wishes for the perfect man, laughing it off as the dumbest thing she’s ever done. Like magic, her quiet life turns upside-down when men begin to appear out of nowhere. There’s a doctor, a lawyer, a firefighter, and a swimwear model, for starters. All of them are kind, generous, successful, and drop-dead gorgeous. All of them are interested in Faith. But who is Mr. Right?

A feel-good romance novel about love, friendship, and living life to the fullest!

Faith lost her husband 5 years ago and following a bribe from her friend she throws a coin into the local fountain of love and all of the sudden she is surrounded by men asking her out. Noah has always liked Faith but she is his ex wife’s best friend so is she forbidden?
Faith is a brilliant character, she is supported by her circle of friends and it is because of them that she decides that she needs to get back out there after years of mourning. She is fun and the kind of person you would want to meet in real life. She knows what she wants even if at times she needs support to realise and fulfil her dreams, she is engaged in her community and isn’t afraid to put everything into what she does
I totally adored Noah, he has liked Faith from afar for years but would still do anything for her even if she doesn’t realise it. He is loved by the community and is considered one of the most eligible bachelors but now Faith is back on the dating scene he really wants to be with her, even if it’s hard work disguising his feelings from her. He is supported by his friend and colleague Alonzo who knows Noah’s feelings and doesn’t want him to be miserable or heartbroken if Faith ends up with someone else
The characters seemed so real and leapt off the page, I don’t think therefore it’s a surprise for me to say that I was totally hooked by this book, I didn’t want to put it down as I was desperate to know what would happen with Faith and Noah’s story
This fabulous book looks at the importance of friendships and learning to love again and I would recommend it to so many people. You will adore the story, the characters and the drama, it’s a total must read
